GEAMS P.R. Inc. is a minority-owned small business consultant firm, that specializes in Construction Management Services.

GEAMS has been delivering construction management services to private clients and the Government of Puerto Rico since 2010. It has successfully completed more than 150 construction projects ranging from the private industry to the public sector.

Our firm has a staff of five employees that are proudly committed to excellence and professionalism. We set forth our strong values of sustainability and accountability with dedication, determination, and rigor.

Eng. Daiana Soto, President and founder of GEAMS P.R. Inc. has over 30 years of experience in the private sector, specifically in the fields of Engineering Administration and Construction Management. She has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the UPR- Mayaguez Campus and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.

From 2011 to 2013, Daiana served as Vice-president of the Board of Directors of the College of Engineers and Surveyors of Puerto Rico (C.I.A.P.R.) San Juan Chapter, where she was also a member of the Commission for Assistance in the Management of Natural Disasters. She also served as Treasurer of the National Society of Professional Engineers during 2011-2012.
